Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please email us at samspret@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once your exchange request is approved and the item is received back, it will be carefully inspected.
After inspection, your replacement item will be shipped out.
Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your item for the exchange to be processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges will not be accepted for items returned outside the 7-day window or for products that are used or missing tags.
