Refund Policy

At Sam’s, we truly value your trust and want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at samspret@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
  • Once your return is approved and the item is received back, it will be carefully inspected.
  • Refunds are issued either as store credit or a bank transfer, based on your preference.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your item for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  •  If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you. 

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned outside the 7-day window or for products that are used or missing tags.
